The Scepter 4000-A Grenade Launcher is a new, patented 40mm launcher that not only fires the Scepter 40mm (2-oz) fragmentation paintball grenade, but grapeshot loads as well. This launcher can be ordered to fit on Sypder, Piranha, Warsensor 66, Armotech WG65, SIM4, and Tippmann A-5 markers. It is made from the highest grade aircraft aluminum and uses the marker's air source.
The Scepter 4000-A fires it's load at 145 FPS, and has a range of 50-70 yards. The frag grenade has a "kill zone" of 15'! It is safe to fire at any range, as long as everyone is wearing normal paintball safety gear. It will NOT dislodge paintball goggles, even at point-blank range!
These launchers were used at Oklahoma D-Day 2004, and are permitted at many fields, by many promoters. |
